2021 Jeep Wrangler Pricing & Preview

Howdy buddy, today we will see the new 2021 Jeep Wrangler edition, this new sports SUV comes with a lot of improvement. For the 2021 model, the car will be powered by the Hybrid engine. Other than a new hybrid powertrain, we probably won’t see more significant changes. Of course, new 2021 Jeep Wrangler colors and accessories are always possible, as well as some special edition. However, it seems too early to talk about these details at the moment. We expect to see the new model sometime in the last quarter of 2020.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Design

In terms of base design characteristics, things will definitely remain the same. The current generation is pretty fresh on the market and we don’t expect bigger modifications in the following years. The overall shape and look, as well as mechanics, are expected to remain the same. Therefore, count on a familiar styling, as well as on two familiar body styles. Speaking of the body styles, some reports suggest that the new hybrid powertrain will be available in the four-door 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited only.

On the inside, things are also about to remain pretty much the same. This means you can count on a familiar dashboard design, which combines modern and retro design solutions in a pretty stylish way. Also, the four-door Unlimited version is also characterized by comfortable rear seats and more than decent cargo volume.

Other than a new hybrid version, the engine lineup is expected to remain the same. An oil-burner is on its way and we have no doubt that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Diesel will be part of the standard offer. Of course, we are talking about the familiar 3.0-liter six-cylinder turbodiesel, which delivers a pretty impressive 260 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque.

The rest of the lineup consists of two gasoline engines. Base models will carry on with a 3.6-liter V6, which is good for about 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Also, there is a new 2.0-liter turbo-four, which is good for about 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque and actually delivers better driving dynamics than the V6, due to the additional torque.

When it comes to the transmission, a manual gearbox is standard with the V6. An automatic transmission is available with this, and standard in combination with other engines. When it comes to safety systems, we would like to see more standard features. The current model comes with a rearview camera only. Still, the list of optional features isn’t particularly long either, as you can only get things like blind-spot monitoring, rear parking sensors, forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Plug-In Hybrid

There is no doubt that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Plug-In Hybrid will be the most interesting novelty for the next year. At this point, we are still waiting for the official details, but it looks very likely that the new model will feature a system that is pretty similar to one that powers Chrysler Pacifica. The popular minivan comes with a system that combines a 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine and a 16-kWh battery pack, for a total amount of 260 horsepower.

Also, an all-electric range goes around 33 miles. Given the Wrangler’s size and aerodynamics, there’s no doubt that the range would be much shorter. Therefore, many suggest that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler PHEV could come with a bigger battery pack, though the company is still silent on this matter, as we already mentioned.

When & How Much o get one?

This Jeep Wrangler new model will available at the end of 2020. speaking about the car price, so far we know, the price starts at around 28.300 dollars but The 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited version has a value of  32.000 dollars.
